Mallory Campbell, Senior

This is Mallory’s third year as a member of the SPX Sports Medicine team.  Along with assisting the football team in the fall she has helped provide coverage for the lacrosse team in the spring.  When not working for the teams at school Mallory competes nationally in equestrian events.  Mallory would like to attend a college in the southeast and ride on a Division One equestrian team.    Some of her favorite memories were the games against Marist, the infamous game in Thomas County and going to the DOME.

Natalie Owen, Senior

Chamberlyn Shelton, Senior

This is Chamberlyn’s first year in the Sports Medicine program.  She attended the University of Georgia’s Sports Med camp this summer, and hopes to attend Georgia Tech as a freshman next fall.  Her nickname is “Cham-Cham”, and her favorite memory this year is weighing in the football players.

Reilly Batton, Junior

Reilly has participated in the SPX Sports Medicine program for two years.  Although she helps manages the football team in the fall, she stays busy during the spring by playing on the SPX Girls’ Lacrosse team. Reilly would like to attend The College of Charleston and plans to major in Physical Therapy.  Some of her favorite memories are going to the football payoffs, hanging out with Liz Standard on the sidelines, and being in the huddle when the football players sang “Happy Birthday” to her.

Taylor Foster, Junior

Taylor has been a part of the Sports Medicine Program for two years.  She has attended Sports Med camps at both Georgia Tech and at the University of Georgia.  Besides football, Taylor also has trained the girls’ Lacrosse team.  Taylor would like to attend the University of Georgia, and plans to major in Athletic Training and minor in Early Childhood Education.  Her nickname is “Tay-Tay”, and her favorite memory is the football play-offs last year.

Christine McLellan, Junior

This is Christine’s first year training the SPX football team.  She was busy this summer attending Sports Med camps at both Georgia Tech and at the University of Georgia.  Christine has also been active in the SPX Basketball program.  Although she has not chosen a specific school yet, Christine would like to study Sports Medicine in college.  Her nickname is “Tuney”, and she looks forward to this year’s football season.

Katie Reynolds, Sophomore

Katie has been involved with the SPX Sports Med program for two years.  She has attended Sports Med camps at both Georgia Tech and at the University of Georgia.  Besides being involved with the football program, Katie has also trained the JV Boys’ Lacrosse Team.  Katie would like to attend the University of Georgia or the University of Texas and either major in Pre-Med or Pre-Law.  Some of her favorite memories are being on the sidelines with the team during the football play-offs and making “Publix runs” with the other trainers.

Catherine Rigdon, Sophomore

This is Catherine’s third year with the SPX Sports Med program.  She has attended Sports med camps at both the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech.  Besides training football, Catherine has also been involved with the SPX Basketball program.  Catherine is interested in attending UGA, Auburn, Michigan or the University of New Hampshire, and would like to major in either Zoology or Marine Biology.  Her nickname is “Cat”, and her favorite memory is about a football payer who would never smile. One day, after the player sacked the quarterback, she and Natalie rewarded him with a bottle filled with Gatorade instead of just water. After months of practice, he finally smiled.

Milly , Freshman

This is Milly’s first year as a member of the Sports Med program.  She has been involved in several sports, including basketball, swimming, and cheerleading.  Although she has not chosen any particular college yet, Milly is interested in studying nursing.  Since both her brother and sister attended St. Pius, Milly is looking forward to being a student of the school and is excited to be helping the freshman football team.
